“We had already designed and purchased all the materials, and our initial contractor did not work out. They immediately proposed a price which was competitive. The work was done on time, on budget, no overruns, and they absorbed some rework costs and handled the punch list without question. What I especially liked was the project management communications and the fact that they brought in specialists for each step; tile, electrical, plumbing, paint and all framing were done by different specialists who clearly knew their craft. I really appreciated the entire team, they were on time, kept the workspace clean and did quality work. I kind of regret I don't have any more projects of this scale at my house at this point; I would hire them again absolutely and recommend them without reservation.”

“Very professional and easy to communicate with. They did an amazing job in my house. I would confidently recommend them to my friends and family.”

“No better contractor then M&M for my money. I have been using them for 10 years now. Sam is the best. His workers are all very skillful, polite, and they all get things done in a timely manner. Their cost on things are very reasonable. Most contractors I have dealt with in the past are very difficult to say the least. Sam stands out on that level. He is easy to deal with. Reasonable guy. You don't have to explain a lot to him he really gets it and is very creative with establishing the look that you want.”

“It was an amazing experience working with Garfield on remodeling my bathrooms. I’m very satisfied!”

“What a challenge it has been trying to find qualified and reliable contractors. Hardy Construction changed my attitude for this part of the investing game. His communication skills and pace of work demonstrated top tier general contractor qualifications. He understood the goal, mission and vision. Which led me to hiring him again to take on a much bigger construction. I’m truly happy I met Levi. With Respect, Romario.”

“Since beginning of our project we had all support and tranquility that a truly competent contractor could provide. Thanks guys!”
