“They completely understood my vision and made field adjustments to improve my project. Din was a great client and construction manager keeping me informed every day. Quality material, quality people, at a reasonable price resulted in a better than could be imagined outcome. Great experience.”

“His attention to detail is excellent. I look at my kitchen each day in amazement. Wow!!! Thank you Carlos. I look forward in working with you on future projects.”

“Eric was my general contractor on three renovation projects, including a seriously distressed property that needed extensive work. He’s incredibly versatile and hands-on, handling everything from framing, flooring and cabinets to windows, siding, insulation, drywall, and kitchen and bathroom fixtures. He also coordinated the plumbing and electrical contractors and kept the projects moving at a good pace, with careful attention to doing things correctly and to code. What I especially appreciate about Eric is how he handles challenges. Renovations always come with surprises, and he stays calm, figures out solutions and communicates clearly. He’s easy to work with, and that makes a huge difference when you’re tackling a complicated project. Having worked with him on three projects, I can confidently recommend Eric to anyone looking for someone skilled, resourceful and levelheaded, whether for a renovation or smaller jobs around the house.”

“Terri is always on top of the details and will make it happen!! Celeste Cox, CEO Habitat for Humanity Collin County”
