“What a pleasant surprise! From the first contact on through the final work today- this company is a class act. Rafael Alonso Gallego Andrade is the tech that came to do the actual work today. He was prompt, communicated before his arrival and spoke to me before he left. He showed me picture and video of the top of the areas he worked on. This was comforting because it lets me know that things were done that were agreed upon. He was professional and kind- as were Jake and his partner (didn’t get the name- sorry!) that initially came out on a Saturday to give me a free quote. They could have tried to scare me into an unneeded new roof- and they didn’t. I was nervous to sit down with them because the whole situation being an unknown topic to me gave car buying vibes and nervousness. But they put my feelings at ease and we enjoyed a nice visit while they were here. Prior to this- they stopped by the home and encountered my daughter and grandsons and they made a good impression at that time as well. Class act all the way around. I’ll be using them in the future!”

“The crews from Renewal Roofing were prompt, polite, and worked extremely hard. Having heard so many horror stories from others about roofing work, we were nervous going in. All those feelings were put at ease quickly as Renewal Roofing was professional and thorough from start to finish. Their pricing was fair and right in line with a few other bids we got and they answered all my questions as the project progressed. Props to Enrique Sr and Enrique Jr and the whole crew for a job well done!”

“Wow, What an easy process from start to finish! Met with Micheal at Fletcher roofing for the initial consult. Very knowledgeable, listened to me and answered all my questions. No high pressure sales, just an honest, transparent estimate and left me feeling I could trust these guys. After doing my own research and satisfied with the roofing system/materials were exactly what I needed, I called Micheal back letting him know I was ready to move forward. Schd about a week later and completed within 4days! The crew was super efficient, friendly, and neat. Left the job site every night clean and organized. I absolutely love my new roof and am confident they did a great job! The workers answered all my questions and explained what they were doing as the project progressed.Excited to see the energy savings I will have with my new Westlake Cooling Roofing System!”

“Intelligent Design Roofing service is a reliable way for me to ensure my old roof stays in shape. They come when I ask them, do the work in a timely manner and pricing is reasonable. I've recommended them to several friends.”

“Contracted for a job on my fixer upper, and man what a grateful surprise. From the initial phone call to the end of the process, what a great experience. Ill highly recommend them.”
