“The quote for cleaning out our gutters is very reasonable compared to some independent guys and the company representative, Pedro, showed up in the window as promised was very friendly and very professional and got right to work and did a great job, he was a good representative of the company and I compliment him on his professionalism”

“Ubaldo and team were incredibly professional and pleasant to deal with. Good people doing good work. I highly recommend them to anyone considering any aspect of roof work Mike”

“I only needed an inspection, and received a fair and informative one very quickly.”

“We bought a house a few years ago with some issues, and its been one problem after another. Recently, our chimney started leaking whenever we had heavy rain. I did my due diligence and called three contractorsnot only to compare pricing, but also to gauge experience and get a sense of trust and assurance. Hiring a contractor for a big job can be nerve-wracking, especially in construction where there can be so much ambiguity.Out of the three, Arthur, the project manager at Universal Builder, was the most professional and made me feel the most at ease. From the beginning, he took the time to walk me through the steps they would take to locate the problem and explain exactly how they would fix it. If something didnt go as scheduled, he would personally call to reassure me and make sure everything was addressed until I was satisfiedand it was. He was upfront abut the pricing from the beginning, they are not the cheapest but they are not the most expensive either. depending on the job, you don't want to always go with the cheapest contractors and end up with no insurance, and a crappy job. I eneded up getting part of my roof fixed and a brand new Chimney Cap for a very good price. In the construction world, it can be hard to find true professionalism you can count on. I would absolutely recommend Arthur to anyone.”
