“Exceptional Work, Fair Price, and Outstanding Problem Solving! I highly recommend Iliya and Equinox Roofing Company! From start to finish, Iliya provided an amazing, fully managed experience for our roof replacement. Professionalism & Quality: Iliya was extremely professional and took the time to clearly explain all material options. He offered top-tier materials at the best price around. No Shortcuts & Thorough: He took full ownership of the project and handled the entire permit process from start to finish with incredible patience. Creative Problem Solving: Our house is situated on a steep hillside, which presented unique logistical challenges. Iliya showed great creativity by building a custom temporary bridge to safely haul away the old roofing materials! Clean & Timely: His crew was efficient, punctual, finished right on schedule, and left the property spotless after cleaning up thoroughly. You can tell Iliya truly cares about quality work. No shortcuts were taken anywhere. If you need a reliable, smart, and thorough roofing contractor, look no further than Equinox Roofing!”

“I had a great experience with Spotlight Roofing for my roof replacement . From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional.I especially want to thank Ethan, the project manager, for his excellent communication and attention to detail. He was always available to answer questions, kept me updated throughout the project, and made sure everything was done properly and on time. The crew did a great job, and the quality of the work was excellent. Im very happy with the new roof and would definitely recommend Spotlight Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing company”

“hand and I knew I could trust him to solve the issue and deliver an excellent result.Alex was thoughtful in preparing the right materials for my home, vent count and placement (whereas other roofers I had consults with seemed a bit more loosey goosey there), and even once drove by just to drop off a gutter color sample for me.They did a high quality job (plywood, underlayment, roof shingles, gutter) and delivered the labor and GAF materials warranty quickly after the job was complete. You can tell they really care about doing an excellent job vs some other contractors you get the vibe they are onto the next job. I highly recommend Titanium Roofing and will be referring them to my family/friends.”

“I had a vent that needed a cap installed to prevent leaves from entering my pipes. Allen from Newhaus came to my home took photos of the situation and explained to me what work he needed to do. He then quickly picked up the necessary materials and installed a new cap on my roof. I also received photos of the work immediately after the project was completed and a nice update that he patched up other parts of the roof by the chimney (which was an added bonus he did at no additional cost!) it’s worth noting that I requested a quote from a few different pros to confirm that Newhaus’s quote was reasonable. Overall, I appreciate the quality of Allen’s work and service. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.”
