“Titanium Roof Innovations did an amazing job on my garage roof! Maykon was incredibly proactive in helping me deal with my insurance claim, and their communication was excellent the entire time. Their quotes and proposals are highly detailed, clear, and professional. The final workmanship is fantastic, clean, and easily passed city inspection. I'm very happy with the results and highly recommend them!”

“Julio was very responsive and was able to get my roof repaired with a short amount of notice. I felt the repair done was good quality for a fair price.”

“I really loved how they did their roofing for me!! Definitely recommend! Very nice too!”

“We bought a house a few years ago with some issues, and its been one problem after another. Recently, our chimney started leaking whenever we had heavy rain. I did my due diligence and called three contractorsnot only to compare pricing, but also to gauge experience and get a sense of trust and assurance. Hiring a contractor for a big job can be nerve-wracking, especially in construction where there can be so much ambiguity.Out of the three, Arthur, the project manager at Universal Builder, was the most professional and made me feel the most at ease. From the beginning, he took the time to walk me through the steps they would take to locate the problem and explain exactly how they would fix it. If something didnt go as scheduled, he would personally call to reassure me and make sure everything was addressed until I was satisfiedand it was. He was upfront abut the pricing from the beginning, they are not the cheapest but they are not the most expensive either. depending on the job, you don't want to always go with the cheapest contractors and end up with no insurance, and a crappy job. I eneded up getting part of my roof fixed and a brand new Chimney Cap for a very good price. In the construction world, it can be hard to find true professionalism you can count on. I would absolutely recommend Arthur to anyone.”
