“In total, I received price quotes from eight roofing contractors. Afterwards, it took me two weeks to decide on who won the bidding war. On 3-30-26, I chose American Cool Construction to install a new roof on my house because I felt they cared the most about me, my house, my budget, and they wanted to do the best job by giving me the best roof. In addition, American Cool Construction has been in the roofing business for years, they are highly rated by roof manufacturers, GAF and Owen’s-Corning, they use the best materials, their crews are very experienced, they are expert installers, their price quotes are fairly-priced, they are professional, and they are a pleasure to work with fro the beginning until the end of the job. If you are looking for a quality roof, and a quality company doing a quality job, I would recommend you call American Cool Construction and hire them today. Their phone number is 916-800-2892. You will not be disappointed because when you hire American Cool Construction, you are hiring the “best of the best.””

“Really happy with how my roof repairs including removal of moss and algae are handled from start to finish. I also had minor plumbing issue with replacing a spigot. “I had a great experience working with The Valle roofing company from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable about the entire process. From the initial inspection to the final installation, everything was explained clearly and handled with care. The crew showed up on time, kept the job site clean, and completed the project faster than expected without cutting corners. The quality of the work really stands out, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. What I appreciated most was their honesty and transparency—no hidden costs, no pressure, just straightforward service. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company that delivers quality work and great customer service, I highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again for future projects.”

“Hiring a contractor for a big job can be nerve-wracking, especially in construction where there can be so much ambiguity.Out of the three, Arthur, the project manager at Universal Builder, was the most professional and made me feel the most at ease. From the beginning, he took the time to walk me through the steps they would take to locate the problem and explain exactly how they would fix it. If something didnt go as scheduled, he would personally call to reassure me and make sure everything was addressed until I was satisfiedand it was. He was upfront abut the pricing from the beginning, they are not the cheapest but they are not the most expensive either. depending on the job, you don't want to always go with the cheapest contractors and end up with no insurance, and a crappy job. I eneded up getting part of my roof fixed and a brand new Chimney Cap for a very good price. In the construction world, it can be hard to find true professionalism you can count on. I would absolutely recommend Arthur to anyone.”
