To bring 1 of my windows up to code they had to cut the frame for a new window and get the permits and inspector out. Window installation was very fast, 1 day for all but the new window. The crew were great and answered any questions or concerns I brought up. I also had the added complication of having bars on 3 of my windows. Had a bit of a snafu with the inspected window...not enough pictures were taken before it was completed to satisfy the inspector so the window had to be opened up, reinspected and closed back up. Such a hassle and extra work for the guys but everyone was great about it and it was done quickly and completed and satisfied city ordinances. I had one issue with a security bar nut and Chris sent someone out to fix that. I was very happy with the job done. The windows look great, they do help with reducing the heat...ive definitely noticed a difference. They did so well and were able to work within my budget that I hired them to make my house look as great as my windows lol The pic shows my new windows and the older design in the background”
