On the day of installation the project manager (who I dont remember his name) prepped me on everything going on, and answered all questions for me. The job was done in a timely fashion to perfection. The clean up was immaculate as well. I had an issue with my vent fan, and Nick came out himself, and climbed into my attic to make sure it was working properly. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my project. I highly recommend A1 for your roofing project. You will not be disappointed.”

I saw their work from a neighbors house up the road and immediately called JLP.I spoke with Paul and set up a meet to get a quote. Paul was extremely precise in what was going to be needed, timeline and pricing. Within 2 days I had the quote and it was very fairly priced for the options I had chosen.The crews were great! They had my roof done in 3 days and at the end of each day they cleaned and used magnet rollers all around the house (I have 5 dogs and that was extremely important to me). The guys picked up on 1 of my roof panels that had a pretty bad bow to it and they replaced it immediately.The siding crew was unreal! They went above and beyond and pointed out where there should have been flashing and it was never installed from the build. The siding crew was here about a week and cleaned everyday and were great at explaining what was needed. We decided to redo all the gutters(some needed to be repaired) and they came in with a very fair price and the crew were here for 2 days. I have already recommended them to friends that are looking to have work done.JLP exceeded my expectations. You can feel confident in their work.”

Kathey A. says, “Manuel was the first contractor to offer to check out the job. I had chosen 8 x 8 inch tiles that created a pattern with 4 tiles. The bathroom had an entry landing about 2 x 4 feet, and I wondered if installing the same tiles over the entire area would make the floor too busy. Manuel suggested a complementary mosaic pattern for the landing that worked out great. The bathroom itself had many issues, and the apartment was not completed, which required Manuel to make several trips down and up three flights to do the job, but he never complained. (Eventually we were able to eliminate some of those trips, but he still went outside to trim tiles.) Another contractor gave me a lower estimate, but I did not think Manuel's was high, especially since we added items to the list. I let Manuel in the house first day and stayed a few hours to do work of my own, but I gave him the keys for the next day. When I stopped in that afternoon the job was almost finished. It was beautiful. Manuel had made the cuts so perfect that we don't have to reinstall shoe molding. He also installed a flange at the edge of the floor above the landing as well as trim underneath. I am extremely happy with the job Manuel did at the apartment, and I hope he will work with us when we renovate our own the bathroom. I haven't taken any sharable photos yet, but I look forward to posting some when the room is completed and we can do justice to Manuel's artistry and skill.”
