Jessica Lenihan says, “Megaforce was great! They were able to get my roof replacement covered under insurance, even after it was denied prior. They got the entire roof done, along with a skylight replacement, chimney repairs, gutters & interior sheetrock done in just a couple days & all the work was clean & done well. They were very helpful & informative as well. Highly recommend!”
Simone D. says, “G&M Roof and siding did an excellent job on my roof. Very affordable, respectable, and most of all understanding to what needed to be done. When most license contractors want to charge me a high cost, GM prices was truly affordable. I recommend anyone who needs there roof to be done.”
Ronda T. says, “I’m so pleased with the work Best way completed at my home!”
Carla C. says, “Awesome team, Maria and Jose all of them were just amazing in a bind they came through for my family when our roof leaked into the living room ceiling and they came out the same day and fixed everything. Best company to call in an emergency.”
David DeLucia says, “The job was to take the rotten wood out, put down new plywood and shingles, and add an ice and water layer. Unfortunately, when the old skylight was removed, it turned out three rafters under the skylight had rotted away. The sheetrock and plywood surrounding the skylight had deteriorated so badly the material literally fell apart. The job became exponentially more complicated, involving replacing the rafters and putting down much more plywood than had previously been anticipated. It would have been reasonable for A1 to put off the now formidable job for a different day. But no, the carpenter went to Shagbark, a local hardware store and picked up all the materials that were needed. for the more complicated work. I had to pay an increased premium of course, but that is to be expected since more raw materials and labor time was involved. It took about 7 hours to finish the job, and the two workers barely rested at all over that entire time frame. Unfortunately , when the skylight was removed, part of the tile and sheetrock in my bathroom was accidently damaged. The missing pieces left a gaping hole in my bathroom wall and an area where 8 tiles needed to be reapplied. WITHOUT CHARGING ME AN EXTRA FEE, A1 came back the next morning and took three more hours to put the tile back the way it was and repair the area of sheetrock which got ripped. They could have easily said "accidents happen, tough break", but they assumed responsibility for completing the job so that I was 100% satisfied! Many people with A1 are indeed A1 and I wanted to mention a few of them. Korrin, the office manager, a kind person who wanted the job to go well for me, Rich and Zack, co owners who listened to my concerns with respect and caring, and Carlos, a very hard worker who didn't even stop once for a glass of water! However, one person deserves a special mention, and that is James. He did the lion's share of the work and not only are his skills amazing, his knowledge and experience with virtually every aspect of the job blew me away., He showed me some samples of jobs he has completed, and it is obvious that he has extraordinary talent. A1 is indeed lucky to have him, and if any of the "higher ups" are reading this, I think James deserves a raise! It is hard to imagine anyone else doing the job better, given the stressful and frustrating turn of events with this particular job. James and the rest of the crew at A1 are the cream of the crop. You can safely have them address your home improvement issues with confidence!”
Bridgette Holm says, “Solid Rock Roofing LLC was fantastic from start to finish. Clear estimate, great communication, and meticulous cleanup. The roof looks excellent and the crew was respectful and efficient. Highly recommend!”
Doria J. says, “First meet was great. I will ask him to repair the roof for now and possibly have the roof replaced in the next year or so.”
Chris Starke says, “I purchased my house 2 years ago knowing the roof and siding was at end of life. The house was built in 2006. I saw their work from a neighbors house up the road and immediately called JLP.I spoke with Paul and set up a meet to get a quote. Paul was extremely precise in what was going to be needed, timeline and pricing. Within 2 days I had the quote and it was very fairly priced for the options I had chosen. The crews were great! They had my roof done in 3 days and at the end of each day they cleaned and used magnet rollers all around the house (I have 5 dogs and that was extremely important to me). The guys picked up on 1 of my roof panels that had a pretty bad bow to it and they replaced it immediately. The siding crew was unreal! They went above and beyond and pointed out where there should have been flashing and it was never installed from the build. The siding crew was here about a week and cleaned everyday and were great at explaining what was needed. We decided to redo all the gutters(some needed to be repaired) and they came in with a very fair price and the crew were here for 2 days. I have already recommended them to friends that are looking to have work done.JLP exceeded my expectations. You can feel confident in their work.”
Erik Johannessen says, “Willie of Best for Less construction did an excellent job repairing some rotted siding and installed kickout flashing to assure the problem would not reoccur. He was knowledgeable and skillful and left the job site neat and clean.”
