“I am well pleased with the service that I received from Brannan Roofing.”

“I spent a great deal of time researching various companies before deicing on Avenue. I originally planned to use the same company that did our roof several years ago, but I decided to go with Avenue in the end. I couldn't have been more impressed. They were always available to answer any of my questions throughout the entire process, including working directly with my insurance company. They were on time and made sure I was happy with every aspect of the job before they were done. I don't usually write reviews, but I am happy to write this one. I give them my highest recommendation.”

“I had the pleasure of meeting and receiving a roof repair quote from Landon Simmons of Precision Roof Works, LLC! He was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable! He answered all my questions and his quote was reasonable. The repair was to be done the next week. Due to a personal issue on my part, unrelated to Precision Roof Works, I needed to cancel with them 4 hours later. Landon was beyond gracious and very understanding! I would definitely hire them in the future and recommend them highly! Jill M.”

“We recently worked with Better Choice Roofing & Exteriors (and our sales representative, Kris Kofstad) for roof repairs at our home, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The initial engagement set a high standard: Kris arrived precisely on time and delivered a thorough, detailed estimate exactly as promised. When we compared this quote against two other estimates, Kris was open to a productive negotiation, bringing the cost well in line with the competition. Ultimately, we agreed to a slight premium over the lowest bids, which was easily justifiable given their prompt communication, strong BBB rating, Thumbtack standing, and positive Nextdoor reputation. When weather intervened and rain delayed the scheduled start, Kris demonstrated proactive communication by reaching out in a timely manner to let us know, seamlessly confirming the rescheduled date for the following day. True to his word, the materials were delivered promptly the next morning, and the crew arrived right on schedule to execute the repairs efficiently. Furthermore, Kris confirmed that all unused materials and site debris would be completely cleared and removed by his company within 48 hours. Throughout the entire process, Kris maintained a completely non-pressure approach. He transitioned effortlessly into a seasoned project manager who ensured the work was executed precisely as committed, clearly communicated necessary weather-related adjustments, and followed up afterward to verify our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend Better Choice Roofing & Exteriors for roof repairs and will certainly look to them first for any ongoing exterior and roofing maintenance needs moving forward.”
