“Their representative Rafael did not try to upsell a simple roof repair into a whole roof repair. That was refreshing, and unlike some other companies who quoted the project. I was also impressed that per my request, the follow up was all by text instead of time-wasting phone calls. He also left the most professional leave behind collateral I think I've ever seen from a contractor. Thank you for that. And, I had inadvertently double booked Gulf Shield with another company at the same time, Rafael was willing to wait his turn. I thought that was honorable, ethical, and a pretty cool gesture. I was also impressed by Daryl and his team's work at fixing the problem. They took 108 pictures of what they did, which is simply amazing! One of them is included in this review. Well done! Lastly, when I noticed a simple billing error, they were quick to own the mistake and resolve it. I think these guys are trustworthy and I would have them return again the next time when we need a roof repair or whole roof installation.”

“Alex was so great my entire roof was repaired and it was so smooth! 10/10 recommended they were so professional and fast”

“After my previous solar panel installer defaulted, I was worried about finding a company who would be able to provide repairs. This company really came through for me in a pinch. Will use again.”

“Storm Authority roofing was the company my HOA hired to replace our roofs on our townhomes. They did a great job, very nice people.”

“I’d definitely recommend them for anyone needing roofing repairs.”

“Came out and was able to replace the roof very quickly. Very affordable and they did a great job!”
