“PHI replaced out roof and James hardie siding in Schaumburg and everything turned out great! Great communication and no surprises. The crew was respectful of our space and cleaned up multiple times every day. I'd recommend using them.Very reliable company for roofing and siding!!”

“While we were outside, he noticed a few shifted shingles in a 'valley' on our roof and pointed out the wood underneath looked soft. It wasn't a sales tactic, either. The very next day, his roofing expert, Asher, came out to assess it. He sent my husband and me an incredibly detailed report with photos explaining the issue. We added it to the scope of work, and I'm so glad we caught it before it became a disaster. Believe it or not, Ken even got my husband excited about the job! The entire experience was calm and organized. Were there a couple of small hiccups along the way? Of course, it’s a massive project. But the difference was how they were handled, immediately, without excuses, and with constant communication to both of us. I never felt like I was chasing them for an answer. I would not hesitate to hire Ken and the Zags team again, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in our community, especially to any woman managing a home project. It was a true partnership.”

“These guys are amazing they came out immediately on a Saturday and had my flat roof completed by Sunday.. extremely professional, prompt and at the price that I wanted! I will use them again if I ever need roofing services. Also going to tell friends and family about them. Very very happy with this job!!! This is the completed job and how it looked before.”

“Amazing experience”
