“We contacted Professional Home Improvement in response to a flyer hung on our door by Angel. Their website reviews were excellent, and we scheduled an inspection. Pat Harris, the public adjuster, came to our home, inspected, took photos, found hail damage to our roof and gutters, and patiently answered our many questions. He coordinated a second inspection with our State Farm Insurance company. The replacements were completed professionally in a timely manner, and we are very satisfied. We have referred friends to this company and especially appreciate Pat Harris's help and how smoothly the whole experience proceeded.”

“I interviewed a few contractors before choosing Zags, and I'm really glad I did.Like most people, I was nervous about spending this kind of money and worried about getting stuck with a mess or dealing with someone who'd disappear after I signed. From day one, Ken treated this like a consultation, not a sales pitch. He walked the property with me, explained what I actually needed vs. what could wait, and gave me a clear plan with transparent pricingno vague estimates or surprise costs. The crew showed up exactly when promised, protected everything, and cleaned up completely each day. I never had to chase anyone down for updatesKen and his team communicated proactively the whole way through. Our home looks incredible, and it's already more comfortable inside. But honestly, the best part was how stress-free the whole process was.If you're looking for someone who treats your home with respect, explains everything clearly, and delivers exactly what they promisecall Ken at Zags. You won't regret it.”

“Couldn’t be happier with the work done on my roof. The team was super friendly, kept everything clean while they worked, and fixed an issue that had been giving me headaches for weeks. Great communication from start to finish. If you need roof work done, this is the company to call!”
