“It’s often difficult to find a competent contractor who is willing to take on small projects, but my roof repair was finished promptly and to my satisfaction for only $200. We’ll probably need to replace our roof in the next 5 years and MKS Construction will be the first roofer we call.”

“Troy was great to work with, he was able to give us a quote and get the job done all within the same week. Quality work at a reasonable price, will definitely be hiring him in the future.”

“Lane Roofing is one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. Genuine, caring, and friendly is how I can best describe my experience with them. The quality of our new roof and gutters is outstanding. I couldn’t be happier about my decision to go with them. Yes, it’s a big but necessary expense, so it was very important to me to pick the most experienced and reputable company. I made the right decision and have no complaints or regrets. This family-owned company should be the gold standard by which other companies are measured.”

“Dealing with roofing contractors can sometimes feel like a high-pressure sales pitch, but these guys were different. The Owner Tom is one of the most Genuine people youll ever meet in this line of work! His company will beat all the big name guys when it comes to Roofing! He puts integrity/quality & love into his work! They gave me a very clear, line-itemed estimate so I knew exactly what I was paying for. The crew showed up when they said they would, andmost importantlythey did a great job cleaning up the yard afterward. I haven't found a single stray nail in my driveway, which is a huge plus. If youre looking for a local team that actually picks up the phone and does honest work, I highly recommend them!!! Do not HESITATE going with Roof Recovery!”

“These guys came to our home and put a whole new beautiful roof on. They fixed our intake issue and a lifetime warranty means we will never pay out of pocket for another roof.100% pleased.”
