“One contractor quoted me DOUBLE-but after research and learning-I learned that bigger roofing companies have higher overhead costs so they charge more for their work-NOT HERE! Good communication, good price, professional, cleaned up my property well. I am definitely referring them!”

“Marcial Medina presented his proposal better than any of the 12 companies that I spoke with. He wasn’t the lowest price but he provided the best value priced roof. He was professional and his team did a great job installing the Owen Corning lifetime roof that would withstand a 2” diameter hail stone. I am blessed to find Marcial Medina and Med Roof.”

“My experience moving with Julio and his crew was amazing, they worked with us even when things didn’t go as planned (about always does after a move) and even helped with assembling furniture and cleaning services. Will definitely continue to work with him for all our home needs.”

“Nick was present daily and made my job feel so important (even though it was small) that my confidence in my choice of contractor was a great decision. My storage area looks like it was always there and laundry area looks more simply refined and very functional for my needs. I am very happy with my refresh and modernization.”

“Genaro and his team did an amazing job! There was an existing structure we needed demolished, pictures included. His team professionally taped off the floors and surrounding areas. We were very impressed at how well the other areas of the house were preserved and kept clean. They even made sure to keep the pathway from their vehicles to the work area clean and tidy! Genaro was very responsive and communicative throughout the project and made me feel like I knew what to expect and that I had a say is what was happening every step of the way. The quote/proposal step was also very professional and I received a line item proposal that was very easy to follow. The finished structure was so beautiful and the team did a cleanup of the area as well. I was very impressed with the smooth finish of the drywall and the paint. I was also impressed at their solution for hanging shutters as the door, they built the frame and figured out how to install it! I chose not to have trim installed as I’m still on the fence about the details, otherwise Genaro would have taken care of this. I highly recommend LMP Remodeling!”

“They fixed a leak in a metal portion of my roof. Great experience. Great work quality. Rocky and his team are now my go-to for roof work.”
