“Ricky was absolutely amazing. I’ve been dealing with an ongoing water intrusion issue in my home and have had a very frustrating experience trying to figure out where it’s coming from. Ricky was the first person who made me feel like my concerns were actually being heard and taken seriously. He was incredibly thorough, he went into the attic and onto the roof multiple times, used different equipment to investigate the affected areas, tested the roof with water, and took the time to investigate different possible sources instead of jumping to a conclusion. He explained everything he was doing and what he was finding along the way, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. I genuinely appreciate the amount of time and effort he put into trying to get to the bottom of the problem. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs a thorough and professional inspection.”

“They were a little pricey but it very satisfied with the quality of work. Jonathan was very professional, timely, friendly and great to work with. Will work with them again and highly recommend working with Jonathan.”

“They also offered helpful advice on maintaining clean air ducts and improving air quality in my home. After the cleaning, I immediately noticed a fresher smell and a noticeable improvement in air quality, which was fantastic. It even seemed to help with my allergies, which was an unexpected bonus. Overall, MoldFree.Me provided an exceptional service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable duct and vent cleaning.”
