“I wish I could give Max's Window Cleaning/Pressure washing 100 stars. They earned it! The team came today and did a spectacular job power washing our roof and house sidings. We live adjacent to Pacific Palisades where the fire took place, and our home and property had quite a bit of soot and ash, so we needed a very thorough job done. We have a Spanish tile roof which can be tricky but they handled it with an ease and a professionalism that was so appreciated. They took care in knowing the best ways to wash different surfaces, and the best order in which to wash them in so as to maximize their work. They took some before and after photos on the roof that were remarkable, and I could see first hand the difference they made on the house sidings. Max the owner was great to interact with, providing a timely and fair estimate, scheduling our appointment, explaining what the job entailed, and communicating in a way that put us at ease when we hired them. We are so happy with the job they did today, we have already asked them to come back for other jobs at our home. I highly, highly recommend Max's Window Cleaning/Pressure Washing!”

“Very pleasant experience working with Johnathan, the whole process was smooth right from the beginning. ”

“I hired Blooming Siding to enclose our eves and install smart vents that close when they get heated which prevents embers from being sucked into the attic and under the house. It was a great experience.Blooming Siding is a family business that works like a well oiled machine to get the job done in record time for a reasonable price. From first contact with Jason the son to last contact with the father who collected the payment and all workers in between. They were polite, careful to keep the site, our property, clean and tidy throughout the process and like they had never been there when complete. The job looks great and I hope I never have to find out how effective it is, but I sure do sleep better knowing that the first line of defense is in place.”

“Max was super chill guy to work with. Pulled permit, stripped roof that was a double layer. Layed plywood.”
