“We’ve already had them quote additional interior projects for our home and going forward, they will be our go-to team for any remodeling efforts we pursue. In fact, we are putting together a list! ☺️ I highly recommend giving the team at Maitland an opportunity to quote your project.”

“His team was also wonderful friendly, hardworking, and respectful of our home. We actually miss having them around! The quality of the work speaks for itself. Our house looks incredible, and its clear Rob is very talented and truly knows what hes doing. We will absolutely continue using him for future projects and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work.”

“His flexibility to get his team onsite to pick up and move the job forward was very much appreciated. His quality was great and the subs were great too.”

“Plan Ahead Construction, led by Marcos Nascimento is a first-class home improvement company. Marcos is an outstanding carpenter, a loyal person, and he carries tremendous integrity. Marcos single handily completed all the finish carpentry during the restoration of my 2,200 SF 18th century New Englander styled home in Portsmouth, NH. The work included custom carpentry and installation of new window and door casings, installation of 85 vintage rosettes, new window sills and aprons for 20 windows. In addition, he was able to match the 10" "period" baseboard trim to a "T" and the accompanying 18th century trim tops. His work is beautiful. Marcos arrived every day at 8:00 AM and worked until 6 PM (sometimes later). He worked quietly and showed respect for my home and family. His dedication to quality workmanship and world class customer service is unmatched. If you are considering his service, I highly recommend Marcos and his company Plan Ahead Construction.Tim KPortsmouth, NH”

“The work was finished on time and all areas were left clean.”

“Ive worked with several contractors over the years, and Boston Five Star is easily among the best. They redid my commercial office space exactly to spec, coordinated well with other vendors, and didnt cut corners. A+ in quality and client care.”
