“If you need a roof replacement, go with Milcon for the quality of work, best value and responsive to your questions. I could not get straight answers from multiple roofing companies, Matt is straightforward and doesn’t push you and upsell on unnecessary items. Milcon team will install, not by third party team. Thank you Milcon team!”

“I couldn't be happier with the gutter installation completed. From the initial estimate to the final walkthrough, the entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free. The crew arrived on time, communicated clearly, and did outstanding work. The quality of the installation is excellent, and they left my property spotless when the job was finished. It's refreshing to work with a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction and takes pride in their craftsmanship. My new gutters look great and function perfectly. I highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality gutter installation services. Five stars all the way!”

“We were dealing with water leaking through our sunroom roof into our walls. Several other professionals didn't know how to handle it, particularly given the fact that the sunroom roof is all glass. Armando quickly diagnosed the problems and identified solutions that others had not considered. The work involved installing some new gutters and downspouts and sealing other areas where water was seeping in. Armando was able to get a team on site within a few days when the weather was right. Time will tell if his solutions fully solve the problem, but he stands behind his work with a two-year warranty. I was very impressed with his professionalism and would recommend him.”

“The crew arrived early and worked hard all day on the siding repair. They were skillful and the results were so good that everything looks new! I’m very satisfied.”

“The first guy that knocked on my door was such a respectful person that made me comfortable with choosing Home Genius. The gutter installer, Bryan, and the project manager Dylan were more than willing to walk through every question and concern I had. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. It was surprising to me that Vincent the sales person was able to get my job scheduled with hardly any money down, and I appreciate every person who played a role in getting my job done. Couldnt recommend enough! The job looks perfect!”
