“Our Home Health staff suggested we get more railings on our stairs for his safety and I totally agreed! I wanted to make sure that whoever put in railings for us would be top notch and would be experts in installing them. I found the Hagan Handrails company by googling and spoke with Dan, the owner. He was so easy to talk with and answered all my questions. He asked for pictures of my stairs and then texted back options for what I might like and what they might cost. We texted quite a bit. He was so helpful and listened to all my questions. When I decidedly chose to have him to do the job, he made everything easy through the process of the contract and payment. He also expedited the date for the install as best he could since my husband really needed it ASAP. His employee, Caleb, came today to install the railings and what a craftsman he is! He explained exactly what he was going to do. They are strong and beautiful.I am confident that my husband will have the best safety possible as he uses the stairs..”
