“I had less than two hours left to be out of my old house & still had an incredibly heavy custom wood-and-epoxy table (that Id spent over 40 hours building), along with several other large items that I simply could not move by myself.When I called, Halen told me all of his crews were already out on jobs. I figured I was out of luck. Instead, he said, Ill come myself.He left an evening with friends, got in his car, and came straight over.What I expected was help moving one table. What I got was someone who refused to leave another person stranded. When Halen saw everything I still had left, he stayed far longer than he had planned, helping me load heavy item after heavy item until I finally had a chance of getting everything out before my deadline.I assumed the table would have to stay on the truck overnight because it was simply too heavy for me to unload alone. When I told him it was still on the truck, he said hed be there within a couple of hourswith a helper/friend.They arrived even earlier than promised, unloaded the massive table, carried it safely into my new home, assembled it, & thenwithout being askedalso unloaded and set up the washer & dryer Id purchased that day so I could use them immediately.I honestly dont know what I would have done without them. I very likely would have lost the table Id poured dozens of hours into building, along with several other heavy belongings I simply couldnt move alone.What impressed me even more than the hard work was Halen himself.
