“We hired this moving company for a full 2 bed / 2 bath apartment move into a house during absolutely brutal, record-breaking heat, and they handled everything start to finish with professionalism and a great attitude. Edward, Marco, and Besi were the team on our move, and they were outstanding. From the moment they arrived, they worked efficiently, carefully, and without cutting corners. We also used their packing service, and they were extremely thoughtful about how everything was wrapped, labeled, and organized. They regularly checked in to ask where things should go at the new place, which made unpacking so much easier and more organized. What really stood out was how kind and positive they stayed despite the conditions. It was genuinely impressive watching them work through that heat without complaint, and honestly, much kinder than I probably would have been in their shoes. There was also transparency around pricing. I was originally quoted for 50 boxes, but we ended up needing 70. The conversation about the added cost was straightforward, and upfront, with no surprises or pressure. Overall, they made a stressful move feel smooth and controlled. I’d absolutely recommend them, and especially Edward, Marco, and Besi for anyone looking for movers who are careful, professional, and genuinely good people.”

“Cromont Moving and Storage was an excellent moving company during a last-minute move I just had a few days ago. Before the move and official hiring for the task, they eased my tensions by responding to all of my questions - and I had many. I have had bad experiences with movers in the past so I covered all my bases and ask them a bunch of questions and they diligently and very pleasantly responded to them satisfactory and to the point. That's why I chose this company over others I had inquired about the move. The movers arrived right at the arrival window at 9:03 a.m. on move out day. Mind you the arrival window posted for the move out day was from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. - so super punctual. Danny and Lou arrived right on time and first did assessment of the items listed in my inventory and came right up a while after to dismantle all the furniture and appropriately wrap it. Danny and Lou coordinated amongst each other which pieces they would do first and which would be last - very organized in their process. My mom and I were super impressed because my last movers did none of this. They took their time taking care of every furniture piece, but they also worked very diligently and by 11:15 a.m. they were all packed up and loading the final items on their truck. Danny and Lou were super courteous and professional and they seem like they can do this move with their eyes closed - super experts in the process. I was thoroughly impressed watching them do the work. I even asked one of the guys if I can record a small video of them wrapping the items to show a family member that had helped me pack for the move - that's how good they were. Once everything was out of the apartment, the guys confirmed the destination (which was a storage) and I went to get my car to meet them at the storage. When we arrived to the storage which was about 20 miles away, Danny and Lou are already there waiting for us. I accompanied the guys going up and down the storage since you have to enter an access code to go in and out of the storage and its elevator. I asked him to put all the furniture and the boxes that they brought to one side since I have more boxes that I brought myself to the storage days prior. They were able to handle this diligently and professionally with no hassle, all while being nice, courteous and attentive to my needs. They were a god-send for a situation that could have been very stressful, and they made it all so easy and seamless. I highly recommend this moving company. My movers Danny and Lou were the best ever. Both guys and this moving company will definitely handle my next move into my new apartment in the coming months. FIVE STARS ACROSS THE BOARD!”

“Had some minor challenges initially with incorrect contact info, but Linda contacted me immediately to rectify the situation and has remained in contact with me to ensure the whole moving experience was a success.”

“The 3 men worked non stop for 7 hours to get our apartment packed up and moved into our new house. There was zero damages to our property & everything was offloaded into requested rooms/floors. I would highly recommend this company for your moving needs.”

“Metro Hop Relocation in Brooklyn made my long-distance move to Orlando, FL stress-free. Steven in sales was so helpful—he explained the process clearly and made me feel confident about the timeline. The movers were right on time, carefully packed my furniture and boxes, and everything arrived in perfect shape. I especially appreciated how they checked in during transit to give me updates. For anyone needing reliable long distance movers, Metro Hop is the way to go!”

“I had such an amazing experience with RCT Services! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, efficient, and kind. The main mover was especially wonderful - so nice, respectful, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. He handled everything with care and made what could’ve been a stressful day feel completely smooth and organized. The team went above and beyond to help, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend them!!”
