“Our heat pump was out these past two weeks and another big HVAC company made three visits since resulting in a different diagnosis each time, no fix, and conclusion that the unit was beyond repair and the whole 5 year old system needed replacing. I called #1 Plumbing for a second opinion yesterday afternoon and scheduled for 8-10am today. David arrived promptly at 8am and in under an hour had our unit operating and we have heat now for the Winter storm coming this weekend. Kudos for outstanding responsiveness, technical knowhow, value and honesty. Highly recommend.”

“checked situation the plumbing was old so capped the pipes for future installation”

“Fast, Friendly and knowledgeable. Water heater leak turns out needed more than sealant. All the lines were done incorrectly. It is more work than I thought right now, but will save a lot of money by doing it correctly. I wont have to replace the entire water heater!Thank you David!”

“Their quality installation was completed with the utmost care and integrity throughout the entire process, and Im comforted by the fact that I chose a knowledgeable vendor who demonstrated the values and talent that now allows me to enjoy my cool house during these hot summer months. I had to share my experience because Im always grateful when I learn of skilled, respectable, honest businesses that I can add to my contact list for home repairs. Again, I highly recommend their services, and have no doubt that Galactic Mechanical Services LLC would exceed your expectations, as they did mine. Believe me this is definitely one for your list!”
