“The installer was professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. As you can see from the before and after photos, the transformation from bare subfloor to the completed Shaw Floorté luxury vinyl plank flooring is seamless. Every cut around the doorways, trim, and tight corners near the washer and dryer is completely flawless. The floors look beautiful, feel incredibly solid, and the cleanup was spotless. If you want top-tier quality and a smooth, hassle-free experience, look no further than Franklin Roofing. We couldn’t be happier with how this turned out!”

“Arrived as scheduled, fixed my AC unit as requested, and then additionally performed a full scope maintenance and installation of a new AC control panel per my additional request. Totally transparent and professional. Highly recommend!”
