“Hard Construction completed the tile installation on my bathroom floor. Overall, I am satisfied with the work. There was a minor issue with the project, but the contractor was responsive and took the necessary steps to rectify it. I appreciate that the concern was addressed and resolved. While there was a small hiccup along the way, the willingness to correct the issue was appreciated. Overall, it was a good experience.”

“I had a great experience with FMP Flooring and would definitely use them again. I purchased my flooring through them and also had their team handle the installation. The pricing was very fair, the installation turned out great, and any issues that came up along the way were handled quickly and professionally. I especially want to recognize Sophie, who truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Anytime I had a question or something needed attention, Sophie made sure it was taken care of. She followed through, kept things moving, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was happy with the final result. That level of customer service is hard to find and made a huge difference in my experience. FMP Flooring stood behind their work and made sure everything was right. Between the fair pricing, quality work, and especially the outstanding service from Sophie, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.”
