“I hired Dougie Management to install ceramic tile flooring in my kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and easy to work with. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and the attention to detail really showed in the finished floor. They kept the work area clean, completed the project on time, and made sure everything was done properly. My kitchen looks amazing, and the new tile floor has completely transformed the space. I highly recommend Dougie Management to anyone looking for quality flooring installation and reliable service. I would definitely hire them again for future projects.”

“My job, ripping old stair runner and installing a custom runner was going to be challenge. They hung in there with me working to get a solution. Success, they completed the job with precision and attention to all the details. The stairs never looked so good. Lisa and Hector are easy to work with, conscious, professional and a dream to work with. Very reasonable compared to other quotes. If you have any carpet needs they can do it and do it right!!”

“The tile work they did is absolutely incredible—meticulous, flawless, and exactly what we were hoping for. Every detail is perfect, and it’s clear they take immense pride in their craft. They also handled the waterproofing, floor support repairs, and built a new wall in the bathroom. I handled the demolition and drywall, but they took care of all the heavy lifting with expertise and care. Even after the project was completed, they generously came back to switch out a fixture that was my mistake—not theirs. That kind of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. Working with them was a very, very positive experience from start to finish. I would 100% use D3 Services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented contractors.”

“The work included painting my garage and awnings, concrete repair on my stairs and porch, installing flooring in my showers, and some interior painting. Oleg also took care of several smaller projects such as fixing a screen door, replacing outlets, installing a new lighting fixture, and repairing a bedroom closet door. The quality of the work was excellent. Oleg was knowledgeable across all of the different types of projects I needed completed and even offered helpful suggestions along the way. He used quality materials and took the time to ensure everything was done correctly. What really impressed me was that he managed to complete all of this work in just two days. Communication throughout the project was solid. From my experience, coordinating with contractors often requires flexibility, but whenever I reached out with questions or for updates, Oleg always responded in a timely manner—usually within 24 hours or sooner. He and his team were professional, respectful, and clear about their arrival times and work hours, which they consistently followed. Another highlight was how well he stayed within budget. We had a low-pressure conversation about costs up front, and he honored the free estimate provided without any surprise charges. Despite the number of small projects I asked him to handle, he completed everything within the agreed budget. On top of that, Oleg went above and beyond by handling the shopping for materials himself, which was a huge time-saver for me. Overall, I would strongly recommend Oleg to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy contractor. In contrast to some past experiences I’ve had, he was professional, transparent about pricing, and committed to doing quality work. I felt reassured throughout the process, and I’m very satisfied with the results.”
