“Zach Hines was great to work with. He spent the time to answer my questions and was also the best price compared to our other bids. There was a small hiccup with one of our baseboards not being put back after the crew had removed it to install our tile. I texted Zach and it was fixed the same day.Fair pricing, does what he says he will do, and fixes things if they dont go according to plan the first time. Overall great experience!”

“Alberto and his team did a great job tiling more than 1,100 square feet of flooring in my home. He was very good about communicating with me, making sure the tile, grout and transitions were the ones I wanted. His invoice was very clear. No surprises which is important on home renovations! I heartily recommend Service Attitude for tile projects.”

“Good company to work with. Work done skillfully and carefully. Reparations to back step and kitchen floor were completed as scheduled. I will use Blades HMC, LLC again.”

“It is not always easy to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in what it does, but SJM Property Solutions really stands out.”

“Jose and his crew did an amazing job on our kitchen tile replacement. From demo to finish work, it looks amazing. He was also very communicative throughout the whole process.”

“Will be using for All future needs. Great work!”
