“I couldn’t be happier with the attic ladder installation completed by Innovative Renovations. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and impressively efficient. The ladder is solid, secure, and perfectly aligned—clearly installed with precision and care. They took the time to ensure everything was safe and functional, and even cleaned up thoroughly afterward. What really stood out was their attention to detail. The trim work around the hatch is clean and seamless, and the ladder folds away effortlessly. It’s not just functional—it looks great too. They respected my home, communicated clearly, and delivered exactly what I needed. If you’re looking for a contractor who combines craftsmanship with reliability, I highly recommend Innovative Renovations. This upgrade has made attic access so much easier—and safer!”
