She was very happy to help us find different solutions for the underlayment and was very patient with us picking out new flooring - she made 3 separate visits to our house and then we made a trip to the showroom in order to find the flooring we wanted.It took them about a week to install the flooring (a bit over 2000 ft^3 including stairs), move all the furniture, and do all the insulation details for our house. They came on time everyday and actually finished slightly ahead of schedule. Everything was well organized and structured and everyone was very pleasant to work with. Because of the extensive work there were even very clearly communicated contingency plans based on the quality of the subflooring. The installation quality is fantastic and they promptly came and fixed the few small issues we found. We are very happy with everything and couldn't imagine the process being any smoother!”
