“We got estimates from 5 different contractors and I&E was the most reasonable. It took us some time to make the final decision but am so happy we went with Ivan and the team. Every single member made certain to do the job right. They made our 1972 bathroom look brand new-new tub, tiling (beautiful tile work!) vanity, flooring, texture, paint, trim and door work. They communicated daily,, arrived on time, and left the place clean.. Every single person was great to work with and the job was completed on time. My new bathroom is now my favorite room in the house. I would not hesitate to have I&E do any future work in our hone.”

Contractor came out immediatly (very next day) when it was discovered that couple more ajustments were needed for a successful completion. Very pleased and will be using again in the future.”
