“We needed the floor of our shower replaced after the previous grout failed and was trapping water, and we really weren’t sure what we’d find underneath. Dmytro was quick to respond to my initial message and while we had to wait a bit for our appointment, it was definitely worth it. He walked us through each step and assured us that there were no leaks or damage with the failed grout. His install is great - he fixed the sloping and draining issue we had before and replaced the wood curb with stone for better waterproofing. I would recommend his work to anyone and definitely consider him my tile guy now.”

“We would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is looking to complete tile work in their home. Thank you Peter!”

“Our new shower room is fantastic! Vlad, thank you! He comes highly recommended.”

“able to quickly determine the right products and solutions, and even guided us on some framing design changes that helped with the functionality of our showers. He and his team did an excellent job and there were no surprises or changes to the original pricing. As a builder I look forward to working with Vlad and his team again soon.”

“I had purchased engineered hardwood and needed someone to install. These folks helped recommend a floating floor and what to use underneath to reduce noise - the floor is beautiful and no weird hollow sounds! Love how it turned out.”

“We got estimates from 5 different contractors and I&E was the most reasonable. It took us some time to make the final decision but am so happy we went with Ivan and the team. Every single member made certain to do the job right. They made our 1972 bathroom look brand new-new tub, tiling (beautiful tile work!) vanity, flooring, texture, paint, trim and door work. They communicated daily,, arrived on time, and left the place clean.. Every single person was great to work with and the job was completed on time. My new bathroom is now my favorite room in the house. I would not hesitate to have I&E do any future work in our hone.”
