“Extremely detailed oriented, a perfectionist. I would highly recommend Lanza for all your flooring and tiling projects. Don’t let the language barrier scare you away, using the translator app allows for smooth communication. Definitely will use again, and again.”

“As I was grinding out old grout to replace between the tiles, it became apparent that moisture had gotten behind the tile and was severely affecting the wall behind. This was beyond what I knew how to do so I contacted Wayne and he came out the very next day to assess the situation. He gave me every possible scenario and instead of making me decide immediately, he suggested that he take off more tile to see how far the water damage had gone, and then I could make a decision to replace the backer board and reuse the tile, or whether it was too damaged and we would need to choose another route. After removing the tile, we met again to reassess and he gave me the options. Due to time constraints and the cost of reusing the tile, I chose to have him repair the backer board, water proof it and install a custom tub surround. He sent me a list of exact items to buy at Home Depot, and he completed the job the following day. I could not have been more pleased with Wayne’s incredible attention to detail, thinking through every step, and repairing the bathroom like it was his own home. He was responsive, communicated throughout the process and went out of his way to complete to job very quickly due to a renter moving in. I would highly recommend him and will be using him for my projects in the future!”
