“And came back and installed it the same night. They also squeegeed the wet carpet and brought fans in to help it dry. I am so relieved they solved that stressful situation, even though it was 9:00 and they still had an hour to drive home. They were such ethical hardworking men. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”

“Installed a sump pump and battery backup, and fixed some outdoor drainage issues. Quality work at a great price, and was very responsive throughout.”

“Ricky and his team came a few days later to install the units. Everything went smoothly during installation. Ricky and his team worked very hard and were very respectful and polite. They were very efficient and considerate the entire time they were working and it was done in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the project when it was complete. Joe came out to the house after the installation and did the inspection of everything installed. He was very polite and answered our questions. We had a great experience working with Franklin. The work was excellent and the price fit our budget and needs. We would highly recommend Franklin to others considering a new heating/cooling unit .”
