“My partner and I recently completed a major home renovation and after interviewing 9 different construction companies across the Bay Area, we decided to move forward with Ilay and the team and were so glad we did. From the very beginning, Ilay stood out because of how quickly he responded, how knowledgeable he was, and how reasonable and transparent the pricing felt compared to others we spoke with. One thing we really appreciated was how flexible the team was with the way we wanted to manage the project. We wanted to source and supply many of our own materials, and they were completely accommodating and collaborative throughout the process. Our original timeline was January through May, but the project was actually completed in April, which honestly exceeded our expectations. The team showed up every single day and kept things moving at an impressive pace without sacrificing quality.Ilay was incredibly communicative throughout the entire renovation. Even during stressful moments when we were pressed on timing, he constantly kept us updated and reassured us that everything was on track. That level of responsiveness and consistency made a huge difference for us.We also want to give a shoutout to July and the rest of the team for helping us navigate city processes and permitting. They were proactive in following up and helped us get prompt responses, which really helped keep momentum going.Overall, the quality of work and speed of execution were amazing. Everyone we interacted with on the crew was friendly, respectful, and hardworking. Renovations can be overwhelming, but this team made the experience feel organized and manageable from start to finish.Highly recommend Ilay and the entire team. Thank you so much ON Design & Remodeling Team!”

“Did great work. Professional, patient, great value. Helped me with scheduling issues. Recommend. Humberto both leveled my floor with compound and then installed MVP. Happy with the work and far cheaper than hiring Lowe’s to do it which was a total nightmare (Lowe’s).”

“Farhad did the outdoor wood trim replacement for me. He was very responsive, gave a quick and reasonable quote after the visit, and followed thru promptly with the work promptly and with good quality. I would highly recommend him and rehire him on a future project.”

“We had a great experience replacing our living room floor with The Floor Store, Almaden. Gabriella T was very helpful throughout the process from picking out the right laminate to scheduling the appointments for measurement and installation of the floor. We were constantly updated on the status of the project and it was complete to our satisfaction within the promised timeline. Highly recommended!”
