“Mike was great to work with from the initial planning through the final cleanup. Our backyard remodel included new pavers, artificial turf, a patio, and a custom planter wall. The team worked carefully and made sure the different elements looked cohesive instead of feeling like separate projects.”

“We chose Ivy Contractors to turn our garage into an ADU. They were really easy to work with. In our first meeting they showed us example 3D renderings and real-life photos of what they had made for other clients. We really liked the ideas that they showed us and also the fact they were digitally-oriented, as we had already started our “vision” in 3D in Sketch-up. We gave their architect our design ideas and he turned it into drawings with all the necessary adjustments and details that they worked with our city to approve and then they continued working with the city for each inspection. The contract was very simple but thorough, with payments scheduled for each phase completed. We also really liked having the project details in one big group text-a simple but effective approach. The packaged concept of kitchen cabinets and flooring options we could choose kept the process streamlined, but we were able to bring in our own adjustments such as a big sliding wall. We also liked working with their interior and exterior designers, picking out colors and tile and bathroom cabinets and fixtures etc. who rendered it all in 3D for us. Every project has its hiccups but everything was always quickly addressed, and also Ivy was proactive catching problems too. The result was something spectacular in our humble opinion. In fact, when people in the neighborhood walk by, they are very complimentary and say things like “You did it right!””

“I was very pleased with Miguel’s work in clearing out of weeds, removing a palm tree, and take out bushes . It was completed in one day and they cleaned up and hauled away all the debris . His price was very reasonable as I called other companies . His estimate was right in the middle. The reason I chose Ventura Gardening is that he was the only one who responded every message I sent and I asked a lot of questions and he was very patient and thorough in his explanation. I have more work to be done in the backyard and I will definitely call Miguel !”

“I enjoyed meeting Eric on Thumbtack and then meeting him in person. He was pleasant to speak with and gave me a fair estimate on the removing of a soap dish in the bathroom wall and then replacing it with a large tile. I look for quality and experience and Eric definitely has both. He arrived in the morning ready to work and was presentable and took care to respect my home and the project he would be working on. He did his job well and also maintained a clean work area. I hope to have him come back in the future to help with more home upgrades. I am really glad I met him and would recommend him to my family. Thank you Eric and we wish you continued success.”

“Outdoor Pros was amazing to work with from start to finish. We were able to give them a previous design idea and they not only executed it perfectly but made it better. I really appreciated their punctuality, efficiency, and quick response time. They ensured that every aspect of the design was too our liking and accommodated changes quickly and without hesitation. Jonathan was on the job site nearly every day and was always a text or phone call away. All the workers were friendly, respectful and did an amazing job. Throughout the job if I became concerned or unhappy with any aspect of the project – it was fixed. My favorite parts of the project were the waterfall counters, turf grass and stucco walls – all three of which were suggested by Jonathan. We came within budget and even were able to make some unexpected upgrades because other parts came under budget. They worked quickly and often on Saturdays which we happily accepted to get the job done quickly fast. From start to finish what was going to be a 2 -3-month job turned into a 7-week completion time. We traveled during the project and received pictures and updates regularly. After enjoying our space for several months, I had some questions, and they were answered and fixed within 48 hours. We’ve had a lot of work done on the inside of our house and our experience with Outdoor Pros exceeded all those other projects. I never write reviews or even give recommendations, but I was more than happy to let people know about our positive experience with Jonathan at Outdoor Pros. Thank you – Stevenson Ranch Homeowner!”

“Working with Michael and Peter is a dream come true. They translate what you think you want into something you didn't even know was possible. We've now renovated two houses with them. Both are old craftsman houses and they did an unbeliavable job of updating them without losing the spirit of the homes. The renovations are beautiful but feel like they should have always been there. They're practical and know how to design homes for working, busy families but without losing what is beautiful and special about old houses. No detail is too small for them, and for any choice you have to make, they have options along all price ranges so you aren't just constantly spending tons of money unnecessarily.”
