“Eduardo just finished replacing our carpet with engineered hardwood in all four of our bedrooms. We are beyond thrilled with the outcome, and I would give him 10 stars if I could. Eduardo and his guys were so friendly and worked so hard to give us flawless floors. They take tremendous pride in their work, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them for any flooring project.”

“We had a great experience working with level five group renovation company from start to finish. They handled everything from flooring, walls, bathrooms, and a full kitchen remodel, along with some exterior framingand the results exceeded our expectations. The team was professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They kept us updated, stayed on schedule, and paid close attention to detail in every part of the project. You can really tell they take pride in their work. What stood out most was how smoothly everything came together. Renovations can be stressful, but they made the process feel organized and manageable.I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and a trustworthy crew. Were extremely happy with the final outcome!”

“They were prompt in my request for an estimate, gave me multiple options, and answered all of my questions. Within two weeks of the initial reach out, I have these sturdy floors. Thank you!”

“My wife and I cannot express enough how grateful we are to Yoan and his father for the incredible job they did renovating the floors in our 49-year-old home. This hardworking father-and-son team went above and beyond our expectations, and we could not be happier with the results. Our home had several layers of old flooring that needed to be removed before they could even begin installing the new tile. They worked tirelessly to remove every layer down to the original concrete, carefully leveled the floors, and installed beautiful ceramic tile throughout our home. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly second to none. They treated our home with the same care and dedication they would give their own. What my wife and I appreciated most, however, was their incredible patience, understanding, and willingness to accommodate our needs. We were also renovating our kitchen at the same time, which created additional challenges and required considerable coordination. Rather than allowing those challenges to become obstacles, Yoan and his father worked alongside us, adjusting their schedule and doing everything possible to help both projects move forward together. Their kindness, flexibility, and positive attitude meant more to us than they probably realize. We are also extremely thankful for their fair and reasonable pricing. Because of their honesty and affordability, we were able to complete both renovations and accomplish something we had been hoping to do for a very long time.Today, when my wife and I walk through our home, we hardly recognize the interior. What was once an aging, 49-year-old home has been transformed into a beautiful, refreshed living space that we admire and appreciate every single day. They didnt just install new floors; they helped us fall in love with our home all over again. It is rare to find people who combine exceptional workmanship with such genuine kindness, honesty, and pride in what they do. Yoan and his father are truly special, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have chosen them for this important project. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you both for your hard work, patience, dedication, and for helping turn our vision into reality. You have made a lasting difference in our home, and we will always be grateful. We wholeheartedly recommend Yoan and his father to anyone looking for outstanding craftsmanship, fair pricing, and trustworthy people who genuinely care about their customers. If we could give them more than five stars, we absolutely would!”

“By far, the highest quality contractor I have yet to contract with. Having decided to have my bathroom floor tiled, I reached out on Thursday and as of Sunday the work is completed passed my satisfaction. Of the collection of quotes I received Mr. Santiago came in as the most reasonable. At no point in time was the job site unclean, and even going in so far as to make sure my neighbors were not impeded. Parking situation was not impacting anybody. I am not only thoroughly impressed but I am deeply grateful that Mr. Santiago was able to fit me in as quickly as he did.”

“Nick Ulrich and the team at NFU Builders were a game-changer. After Hurricane Ian, we were faced with the overwhelming task of rebuilding our Sanibel condo from the ground up. Once Nick came on the scene, everything shifted. He brought calm, clarity, and confidence to a really stressful process. Nick was incredibly communicative — always returning calls and emails the same day — and more than once talked me off the ledge when things felt overwhelming. He managed every part of the project with care and precision, from the kitchen and cabinetry to flooring, tile, bathrooms, tongue and groove ceiling and painting. His craftsmanship speaks for itself, and every other contractor who came through my space commented on the quality of his work. What really stands out is that the people Nick works with reflect his exact same level of professionalism and workmanship. We couldn’t be happier with the final result — and we couldn’t recommend NFU Builders more highly.”
