“I highly recommend using We Set The Bar for any and all events. We hired them for my husbands 50th birthday party with over 80 guests and they exceeded expectations. The cocktails were amazing (guests could not stop talking about them) and Darell created an amazing menu to display for guests. He followed up promptly with all questions leading up to the event and the day of he came early to set up a beautiful bar. Several guests have already reached out to ask for the “amazing bartenders contact information”. Darell and TJ did an amazing job. Do not hesitate hiring We Set the Bar!!!”

“Really appreciated the responsiveness and timeliness. They were very communicative and our bartender Stephanie was very kind. Made our art reception a blast! Thank you”

“Professional, accommodating, friendly and amazing cocktails. He even created an awesome themed menu that was incredible. Have used several times and had great experiences and my guests loved it.”

“I wish I could even add Value and Punctuality and also give 10 stars to Monica. What a sweet person. I have hired bartenders in the past but I have to say she was the best. She is so welcoming with the guests, smiling through out after working for hours in the 100 degree weather on the day I had my party. (it was 96 when she was setting up everything for the bar) but she never once complained, made the best drinks and my guests loved her. Thank you for everything Monica.”

“Can’t say enough good things about our bartenders—absolute stars of the night.
From the moment they arrived, Prat and CJ brought total professionalism, great energy, and serious cocktail skills. They didn’t just serve drinks—they set the tone for the whole party. Every cocktail was perfectly crafted. You could tell they cared about the details, from presentation to taste. Guests kept going back for more and not just for the drinks, but because the vibe behind the bar was just that good. What really stood out? • Their attitude. Friendly, upbeat, and completely unflappable—even in the middle of a packed party. • Their flow. Smooth setup, seamless service, and everything cleaned up like they were never there. • Their presence. Somehow chill and high-energy at the same time. Total pros. If you’re planning an event and want bartenders who actually elevate the experience—not just pour drinks - Prat and CJ are the team to call. They made the night. Would 100% hire them again.”

“Classie was fantastic. Great drinks, offset our costs with provided cocktail mixes and able to work within our budget. Would recommend and can't wait to work with her again!”
