“We had an entire house to paint, including all of the trim, plus a lot of drywall repairs on both the walls and ceilings. The quality of their work was outstanding. As the project went on, we kept adding more work, and Juan was always accommodating and easy to work with. His team showed up on time, worked hard every day, cleaned up after themselves, and really cared about doing the job right. I couldn't be happier with how the house turned out. If you're looking for a painter who takes pride in his work and delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend Juan and his team. We'll definitely be using them again for all of our future painting projects!”

“The plumbing installation was performed very well”

“A truly outstanding contractor who deserves more than five stars!”

“I had a leak problem in my bathroom that turned into a much bigger project involving new trimming, fresh paint, and new hardware flooring. Mike from CBI Property Company was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. His customer service was top-notch — he communicated clearly, kept me updated every step of the way, and most importantly, delivered exactly when he said he would. Mike was incredibly respectful, reliable, and professional. The quality of the work was excellent, and he made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel manageable and smooth. I highly recommend Mike and CBI Property Company. You will not go wrong reaching out to them for your home improvement needs. Five stars all the way!”

“Elliot did an outstanding job. Very happy with the results. He is pleasant and personable as well as professional and hard working. He repaired the cabling system on my deck railings. They are now tight and secure.”
