“This was a pretty extensive renovation that included removing walls, installing new kitchen cabinets and flooring, updating lighting, painting, and more. Sergio was extremely helpful throughout the process and offered great suggestions that helped us determine the best way to redesign the kitchen and make the most of the space. One thing we especially appreciated was Sergio’s communication. He was very responsive whenever we texted with questions and even sent videos during different stages of the renovation so we could see the progress and stay updated. He genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the work and the finished project. The kitchen turned out beautiful, and we are very pleased with the transformation. We would definitely recommend Sergio and Prestige Builders of Virginia to anyone considering a kitchen renovation or home remodeling project!”

“We had 3 full rooms to paint, 2 additional walls, and carpentry done on 2 walls. They completed everything so quickly and so well. I was particularly blown away by the carpentry on the walls. The whole team was so wonderful to work with and I couldnt be happier on how everything turned out.”

“Marcelo and his team at Zeus Building and Renovations cut a new, large doorway into a load-bearing wall, replaced the crown moulding in my living room and dining room, and painted my living room, dining room, and kitchen. They worked long days to finish the whole job in 6 days--ahead of schedule. Marcelo has an eye for detail, and the finish product looks great. For example, he salvaged the baseboard he removed to wrap it around the base of the new door frame; he custom-built and stained a wide wood transition strip for the the floor of the new doorway; and the moulding corners are meticulous. Friends who hadn't seen the house before thought the doorway was original. The painting is well done with very crisp lines and clean trim, and Marcelo patched a lot of lines and bumps in the walls so that an old house now looks smooth and new. He cleaned up all the drywall dust so that the house was clean when he left. Marcelo's communication was great, and he sent photo updates of his progress while I was away. His price was fair, and I would hire him again.”

“What I liked most about working with United Professional Drywall LLC is that they offer a variety of services beyond drywall, making them a convenient choice for different home improvement needs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a company that offers a wide range of services.”
