“We spoke on the telephone, and I sent him pictures of the job to be done by email. I received an estimate a short time later. We scheduled a meetup at the house on my lunch hour within days of that first contact, and I was pulling back into my parking garage at work when I received the text that the job had been complete, followed up with pictures of the finished job. Professional, fast, and very reasonable. I would definitely rehire and recommend!”
