“My basement used to have constant water seepage problems during the rainy season, causing damage and bad odor. Their team properly identified all leakage points, applied strong waterproofing layers, and ensured proper sealing. Since then, the basement has remained completely dry, even during heavy storms.”

“They carefully covered our walls and floors to prevent any damage while the work was being done. That level of attention and consideration meant a lot to us. Thanks to their hard work, our bathroom looks beautiful! We are very happy with the quality of their work and the overall experience. In fact, we are already considering hiring them again for another project!”

“We experienced significant water damage at our house. Carl and Scott explained the process for the remediation and what we should expect in terms of time and logistics. All our questions elicited detailed answers which really set our minds at ease. Most reassuring was the description and possibility of the hidden conditions that might be revealed once the work began so that we would not be caught by surprise. Our belongings were protected from dust and the ultimate cleanup was first rate. All aspects of the work were carried out in a professional manner and I would highly recommend them.”

Very pleasant and they did an excellent job, I am very pleased with there work I will definitely keep their number in my contacts. Thank you again for your service.”

“After our ceiling was damaged by a leak from a water heater, Bright Haven Restoration came to our rescue! David and Jorge were great. They came out immediately and removed the damaged drywall, and set up their equipment to begin drying everything before we were able to fix the ceiling. They provided a very friendly and professional service, I would 10/10 recommend them for your restoration needs!”

“We live in Fairfield County and recently experienced water damage in our basement. When youre dealing with something as stressful as water damage and potential mold, especially with young children in the homehaving someone you can truly trust makes all the difference. For us, that person was Dante at DryMedic.Dante was incredibly thorough and actually helped identify the root of our problem: a crack in our foundation that was allowing water into the basement. We are so appreciative that he took the time to investigate the situation rather than simply treating the visible damage. Knowing we found the source and could take the proper steps to protect our home and family gave us so much peace of mind.Dante is truly an expert at what he does. He is patient, knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and takes the time to explain everything. Most importantly, we never felt like he was trying to sell us unnecessary work or make the most money from a stressful situation. You can genuinely tell that he enjoys helping people get their homes back to a safe, healthy place. We are incredibly happy that we chose Dante and DryMedic and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone dealing with water damage, mold, or restoration needs.”
