“Raul corrected a pipe and elongated it so the sump pump pushes the water up and off of our porch, instead of just onto our porch where water collected and ran back into the foundation causing a leak. If we could give more than five stars, we would!”

“After a water leak they took care of the cleanup and rebuilding and even some of the communication with the insurance company to cut down on the back and forth. Very professional and were able to take on a variety of jobs that I thought I’d need multiple contractors (mold, drywall, water damage, electric, hvac, flooring) for but they coordinated all in house with great results.”

“Voda Cleaning and Restoration is an amazing business. I initially had a scammer posing as this company and could have ended up paying much more out of pocket when insurance came through. Ryan (owner) and John (operations manager) came out to check my kitchen sink backup. They assessed the damage and got approval quickly from my condo management company. Smaller fans & a dehumidifier were placed and I could still move in my tiny kitchen. John was back the next morning to clean and pull up the carpet and remove the padding. He also took out all of the kitchen laminate that had been damaged. Their plant based cleaner smells nice and I am very sensitive to odors. The cleaner is also pet safe which is great for my two cats. I will have them use this cleaner on my ducts because Stanley Steemer did not clean they just vacuumed. Servpro has been here in the past and only sprayed randomly and put huge fans in my condo. I cannot recommend Voda highly enough! When Voda finishes the job I will update this post.”
