Prior to hiring him I interviewed and got quotes from about 15 contractors. This was our first full gut and remodel of a bathroom and first time hiring someone to do the work for us so I wanted to make sure we made a good decision. Before I even got the quote I already knew that Kevin was at the top of the list. He listened to what I wanted and explained to me how it could be done and what would be best. Once we got the quote we were ready to get started. Kevin had excellent communication with me from start to finish. We havent had that experience with other contractors in the past. We own rental homes so we hire out work often. Kevin always let me know when someone would be at the house, he explained and discussed and changes or things we needed to tweak along the way and he always checked in to make sure were happy with the progress. Kevin also as very visible. He was on my job site almost daily and if he couldn't make it that day he still checked in with me. I never felt like we were in he dark about anything. Kevin also was very honest and straightforward. He helped me pick finishes that not only looked good but that he knew were high quality and would last. We had a few small hiccups along the way but I was never concerned because he was quick to address and correct anything we didnt like. His wife who's also the designer for the company looked over my choices and reassured me I had made the right decisions. I had some issues with Wayfair and she called and handled that for me as well. We are very pleased with our new master bathroom. It's gorgeous, functional and well done. My number one ask was make me a beautiful bathroom that doesn't just look pretty but functions well for our needs. His team built me a custom makeup/hair vanity area with built in shelves and a backlit mirror which has become my little quiet space every morning. Everyone thats seen our bathroom is so impressed. We have already had Kevin out to look at some other things we need to have done in this home and plan to use him for future projects. I highly recommend him as he's trustworthy, honest, priced extremely fair and highly competitive with other contractors, and actually cares about your experience and the outcome of your space. I am thankful we found Morris Homes and highly recommend them for any major jobs. I will try to attach photos and a video. The video of my bathroom was taken Prior to the frameless shower glass being installed but you can easily see its high quality, gorgeous and meets our needs.”
