“We had a leak from the apartment above us and discovered water damage and mold inside the wall. Crown Mold Specialists came out, assessed the situation, explained what needed to be done, and helped us through a stressful process. Their team removed the damaged materials, cleaned and dried the area, and took care to contain the work. I also appreciated receiving a detailed assessment report afterward. Everyone I dealt with was professional, responsive, and respectful of our home. Im grateful for their help and would recommend them.”

“Dave did an excellent job with the water inspection—he was professional, thorough, and very informative throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, pointed out important details I wouldn’t have noticed, and made sure I fully understood the results. His attention to detail and knowledge really stood out. I’d definitely recommend Dave to anyone who needs a reliable and trustworthy inspection.”

“He is extremely professional and knowledgeable; always letting me know what was going on, the status of the project and worked within my crazy schedule seamlessly. I cannot thank him enough for everything! If you need a quality company and person, Sam is the guy!!”

“I’m a small-time business owner leasing my first commercial space, and shortly after signing I discovered water leaks with visible mold on the ceiling and floor. As a first-time tenant, I had no idea what to do — I just knew I needed someone qualified, fast. I reached out to three inspection companies, and Frank was the first to call back, scheduling me for the very next day. After we spoke, I also checked out his website and saw his certifications, which put my mind at ease. He was professional, thorough, and patient with all my questions. His written report came with a full detailed breakdown, photos, and lab results — exactly the documentation my attorney and I needed to figure out what to do next. Frank was also just a genuinely nice guy. I mentioned I’d hoped to open a dog training business there, but with this mold condition, I wasn’t sure how I’d ever get a Department of Health permit. Turns out he and his daughter both have puppy poodles from the same breeder — and since I’d just gotten a puppy myself, we ended up talking dogs and sharing pictures. Small thing, but it made a stressful day easier. Promptness, professionalism, and yes — puppies. Can’t recommend Frank enough. Four paws 🐾🐾”

“Great fast and cheap service I would highly recommend for all your mold removal, they showed up early and gave us a better price than three other companies. Very professional and courteous.”
