“Getting ready to put my condo up for sale I discovered master bathroom floor was covered with water. Contacted Cut and Dry. Faith and several employees came same day. Using sensory technology they quickly determined breadth of damage. Carefully explained next steps. I accepted Faith's quote. They immediately began moving in equipment. Faith helped me contact my insurer and stay on the line answering technical questions. Next day they carefully installed floor covering and mitigation shielding from front door into bathroom. Within days they had very carefully removed cabinetry as well as impacted drywall. Placed special fans in impacted areas. During next week kept me updated on drying process. When satisfied they removed equipment and materials completely. No dust, dirt, or debris, remained. I highly recommend the Cut and Dry team. They are a true symphony of service.”

“We had water damage in our house and the tear out took forever with the initial company. Then CBI came in and installed 3000 sq ft of flooring, replaced 30 sheets of drywall and painted the whole house in 2 weeks. We are so grateful for these guys. Thank you Connie and Mike for everything you guys did for us!!”
