“The original estimate was based on replacing the tankless water heater with the same Rinnai model. However, due to delivery damage to two units of that model, I had to switch to a different Rinnai model to avoid delaying the project further. Even though the replacement became more complex, Ben did not increase the price, which I really appreciated. Alex was the technician who completed the installation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He installed the new model cleanly and carefully, and took the time to explain important technical details, especially ensuring the condensate drain was routed correctly. Overall, I’m very happy with the project. The water heater has been running perfectly for several days now, and I’ve already told Ben and Alex that I would definitely recommend them to friends. They just started the plumbing business, but they’re reliable, fair, and genuinely nice people to work with.”

“My 10 year old gas water heater sprung a leak. I logged onto Thumbtack at 8:30 p.m. and by 8:45 p.m. AMX Plumbing agreed to meet at 8 a.m. the next morning. Max arrived on time and explained how and why the problem occurred and within a couple of hours installed a new heater. Most of all I appreciate his immediate reply and his quick work. He is professional and pleasant to work with... I would highly recommend. Also his prices were fair and close to the lower range of costs I googled before I signed onto Thumbtack.”

“Replaced faucets, installed shut off valves, and bidet seat”

“Water Heater Boys replaced my gas water heater with a heat pump water heater for me, and I couldn't be happier! They clearly know about heat pumps, and answered all my questions. They were very responsive throughout the process. The new unit is working great, and is very efficient. My install was a little complicated, because the new unit didn't quite fit. Djaya and Tyrone came up with a great solution, and got it done quickly and with high quality. They handled the construction, painting, electrical work, and installation. Everything was permitted, and passed inspection without issues.”
