“We really appreciate Benjamin Franklin Plumbing coming out and checking our water heater and allowing us to purchase a new water heater and then they came back out to install the new one. Nolan was punctual and efficient in the install. We would absolutely call them back out if we need any plumbing work done.”

“They installed my new water heater quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly before and after the installation. The work was clean, up to code, and done right the first time—no shortcuts. Pricing was fair, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. It’s hard to find reliable companies these days, but these guys definitely deliver. I highly recommend Neighborhood Appliance Experts to anyone needing water heater installation or appliance work. I’ll definitely be using them again!”

“Very pleased with the whole process: my communications with Brainer Plumbing and the end result of having a grab bar installed next to my shower. A very nice experience with this company and its representatives!”

“We had just moved to the area and bought a house, it needed some love but with busy life schedules we couldn’t tackle every project. Daniel was able to completely transform our garage, from drywall, tape repair and feathering out the mud, ceiling repair, air draft protection and painting. He can do it all, he is very nice, holds great conversation and gets the work he assures you he will do done! Will hire again. We are glad to have someone that we can put trust into to help us make this house turn into our home!”
