“Jeff’s team was great. Responsive, flexible and were able to make it out quickly to help. Knowledgeable and will definitely hire them again!”

“My tankless hot water system stopped producing hot water and show showing no error codes of any kind. I did all the normal checks of the filters, but nothing helped. I had called my "normal" plumbing company, but since it was a Saturday and not an "emergency", they said they could come out on Monday. I did some looking around and came across EMC LLC. Emerson not only came out that Saturday, it was exactly when he said he would be there -- in the middle of a storm as well. He was able to figure out the issue and track down the parts, which included him driving an hour round trip to get the parts. I'm 100% dumping my old company and having Emerson and his crew handle any future plumbing&HVAC needs.”

“Arseneault was very responsive. He came on time and got the job done very efficiently.”

“I was so appreciative of his honesty , transparency and overall satisfaction of the service regarding troubleshooting what my heating/hot water issue was and feel so much better knowing what is actually going on vs the 5 other people prior I had looking at the issue telling me different things about what the potential issue was (frustrating) . He advised me to the best of his knowledge of where my next steps ahead lie and feel confident I went with a company that actually cares about doing the right thing by the customer and take pride in ensuring they have a positive experience and he exuded this professionalism from the moment he walked in the door ! He was very concerned about my issue and made sure I had a proper game plan on how to fix the issue before he left and I couldnt feel more confident Blue Bears the right people to do the job and efficiently and effectively so that things will soon run smoothly again . Very satisfied with this service call overall from Mikey today and looking forward to the descaling service he will perform on my unit in the days to come . Officially apart of the Blue Bear family today and for the years to come !! Mikey is invaluable to this company !!!”

“The installers, Ryan & Nazar were so detailed in the setting up the system thru completion. Same goes to his manager that we spoke with to be sure all went well. They even installed the NEXT DAY. . I will be 100% sure to spend the word about this Company. Definitely a Very happy Customer 😊”

“heater left us without hot water. I was impressed by how responsive they were and was able to schedule a Monday morning appointment. The technicians arrived within the promised time window.Unfortunately, the first technician crew sent were overwhelmed by the issue. After taking photos he repeatedly presented authorization forms and charges before even explaining the problem or proposed solution if any would even be viable. Despite being informed that an electrician had already verified the wiring, he kept suggesting and pushing that the issue is electrical and he clearly uncertain about the next steps. To Addario's credit, once the situation was escalated, a supervisor quickly recognized that a different skill set was needed and reassigned the job to another team. The replacement technicians were outstandingprofessional, knowledgeable, transparent, and thorough. They quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained the repairs and costs, and worked diligently for several hours to restore our hot water. They also took the time to explain follow-up recommendations to prevent future problems. The final cost was close to $900, which is significant, but given the emergency nature of being without hot water, I needed the issue resolved quickly. In the end, the second team earned this review and turned what was becoming a frustrating experience into a positive outcome.”
