“He was always available to answer our questions, which made the whole process stress-free.The installation team was fantastic!! They were friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. Even during a heatwave, they worked hard, paid attention to every detail, and never seemed rushed. We really appreciated their dedication and the care they put into the job. “Pro Water Heaters did an amazing job installing my water heater. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Stephen answered all my questions and explained the process of the job to me the day prior to installation. The installer reached out to me 30 minutes prior to arrival. Showed him the Water heater and began working his magic. He drained and uninstalled the damaged heater. Brought the new water heater inside and installed the heater. He completed the job professionally and efficiently. He made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving, informed me to give it an hour before the hot water can be used and cleaned up the area afterward. I really appreciated the honest pricing, quality workmanship, and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a water heater installation or plumbing work.”
